POTATOES GRATIN WITH BROCCOLI AND GRAN MORAVIA AGED CHEESE

– 600 ml semi-skimmed milk
– 250 g of grated Gran Moravia aged cheese
– 2 crushed garlic cloves
– 1 head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
– 15 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
Try a combination of potato with broccoli and a gratin of Gran Moravia aged cheese. This great fall recipe works well as a side dish to meat or as the main course. 100% vegetarian!
First prepare the potatoes with broccoli and preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Rub the baking dish with a little bit of butter. pour the milk into a wide pan and bring it to boil. Toss the potatoes into it and salt it, let it simmer for about five minutes, then add pepper, garlic, thyme, parsley, broccoli and half of the grated Gran Moravia cheese (leave aside a part of the cheese for the gratin). Mix it up and place it in a baking dish, paying attention that the milk should not exceed the potatoes and the broccolis, it should be slightly below the rim. When the sauce is dense enough, take it out from the oven and sprinkle the rest of the grated Gran Moravia cheese and cook it for five minutes under the grill to create a crunchy crust. Take it out from the oven when the gratin reach the perfect consistency and serve immediately.
